利用規約
第1条（適用）
本規約は、QOOQ, inc.（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーション「易経」「周易」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意の上、本アプリをご利用ください。
第2条（利用条件）
本アプリは、個人的かつ非商業的な目的でのみ利用できます。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用するにあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 当社または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第3条（知的財産権）
本アプリに関するすべての知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。本規約に基づく本アプリの利用許諾は、本アプリに関する当社または第三者の知的財産権の使用許諾を意味するものではありません。
第4条（免責事項）
当社は、本アプリの内容の正確性、完全性、有用性等について、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリによる占い結果は娯楽および参考目的であり、ユーザーの判断や行動に対して当社は一切の責任を負いません。
当社は、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
第5条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）
当社は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または本アプリの提供を中断もしくは終了することができます。当社は、これによりユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（利用規約の変更）
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく本規約を変更することができます。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリ内または当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
第7条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第8条（Apple標準規約）
App Storeからダウンロードした場合、Appleの標準EULAも適用されます。
Terms of Service (English)
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the applications "I Ching" and "Zhou Yi" (hereinafter "the App") provided by QOOQ, inc. (hereinafter "the Company"). Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the App.
Article 2 (Conditions of Use)
The App may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of the Company or third parties
- Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company or third parties with legitimate rights. The license to use the App under these Terms does not constitute permission to use the intellectual property of the Company or third parties.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content. Divination results from the App are for entertainment and reference purposes only, and the Company assumes no responsibility for users' judgments or actions.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 5 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service)
The Company may change the content of the App or suspend or terminate the provision of the App without prior notice to users. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to users as a result.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Company may change these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect upon posting within the App or on the Company's website.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
Article 8 (Apple Standard Terms)
If downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard EULA also applies.
Language Priority
In case of discrepancies between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version takes precedence.
